Advent Partners Spotlight: Holly Rosensteel

Each month, we spotlight a different member of the Advent Partners team to share what they value inside and outside the office.

Our September spotlight is Holly Rosensteel.

Position: Client Relationship Manager

Specialty: Trading, Technology, and PKS

What do your friends and family say about you?

My friends and family would say how dedicated I am to everything I do.  Whether it be my job, my friends, or my family I always give it my best.  I want to perform my job to perfection, support my friends and family with anything they need, and be the best wife and mother possible.  Failing is not an option for me.

The last movie you watched is?

Missing.  It is about a teenager not giving up on finding her mother through all odds and realizing her mother had only ever wanted to protect her.

When you are not at work, you are?

Attending something dance related for my daughter or spending time with family and friends.  My life pretty much revolves around my daughter’s dance schedule.  It is expensive and time consuming, but being able to allow her to do something she loves and watching her confidence grow has been so great!  God only allowed me one child and I hope I can raise her up to do something great in this world.

What is the best piece of advice you have received?

Take it one step at a time.  I can be a “big picture” person and get overwhelmed.  I find when I get to this point, if I break it down into small tasks or steps, I am not as stressed and can accomplish so much more than I thought.  It helps me to enjoy the ride from point A to point B instead of just seeing the start and finish in my personal and professional life.

What do you like most about working at Advent Partners?

The family/work balance.  My job is my job, and I want to do it well.  I also want to have something left to give to my family at the end of the day.  Advent Partners has allowed me to do that.  I am so thankful to work for this company, and can’t say enough about the support of co-workers.
